Gladstone Michel Represents Nocturne Productions and Vidicon in Sale to Production Resource Group

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Gladstone Michel Weisberg Willner & Sloane, ALC attorneys Leon Gladstone and Jason Wallach represented Nocturne Productions, Inc. and Vidicon LLC, industry leaders in concert video production services, in their acquisition by Production Resource Group, L.L.C. (PRG). The terms of the deal, closed on June 2, were not disclosed.

"This acquisition will accelerate Nocturne's already rapid growth. It is a win-win situation for everyone involved," said Gladstone, co-chair of the firm's Entertainment and Media Group, who has served as Nocturne's legal advisor for many years.

Nocturne shoots and projects live and pre-recorded video on giant LED screens and stages for the world's top acts including Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi, Madonna, Eagles, Metallica, KISS, Britney Spears, Elton John, and many others. Vidicon supplies state of the art equipment exclusively to Nocturne. The acquisition will allow Nocturne and Vidicon to expand their services globally. Effective immediately, the two companies will begin operating under the name PRG Nocturne Productions Inc. PRG Nocturne Productions will continue to serve Nocturne’s clients from its DeKalb, Ill. base, as well as from PRG’s 36 locations throughout the world.

Gladstone Michel partners Teresa Tracy and Gary Wallace assisted in the transaction.
