Courtney A. Dillaplain focuses her practice on the areas of entertainment, intellectual property and new media. She is accomplished in a wide range of music and other complex entertainment and multi-media transactions including appearance
agreements, songwriter and publishing agreements, producer and management agreements, merchandising agreements, song placement agreements, and music licensing for individual artists and institutional clients.
Courtney also advises clients regarding the exploitation of their name and likeness, as well as the identification, procurement
and enforcement of trademark, copyright and other intellectual property rights, including the evaluation of complex copyright matters such as digital distribution of music and media on the Internet.
