Amber McGovern focuses her practice on commercial and high exposure litigation. She has particular experience in defending commercial airlines and other aviation-related corporations. She also has experience representing clients in intellectual property and labor and employment matters. Amber has been selected twice by Southern California Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star, an award that recognizes up-and-coming young attorneys who are no more than 40 years old or who have been in practice 10 years or less.
Amber has also handled intellectual property litigation for a national firm in Los Angeles and on a pro bono basis for the Tanzania Heart Institute in East Africa. Prior to law school, she was a media buyer for Young & Rubicam, in Chicago and Atlanta, handling accounts for several Fortune 100 companies, including Ford Lincoln-Mercury and AT&T.
