Anthony DiPietra focuses his practice on defending insurers in bad-faith lawsuits, prosecuting complex subrogation claims, and handling general business litigation matters.
Anthony has extensive legal experience in a wide range of areas, including complex business and commercial disputes, corporate governance, derivative lawsuits, securities litigation, real estate, labor and employment, professional negligence and general business torts. He also has significant experience representing clients in music and film-related matters involving licensing, distribution, contracts and copyright, as well as in administrative proceedings under the Talent Agencies Act.
Anthony has represented clients in litigation, trials, mediations, arbitrations and appeals, in the state and federal courts.
Anthony handles an array of pro bono matters in the areas of child custody, child support and divorce proceedings for indigent and low-income families.
